The Holiday Party is a great way to reconnect with former co-workers and see what they’ve been up to in retirement! This year\, we again will be at:\n\n\nThe Proud Bird Restaurant \nDoolittle Room [room change]\n 11022 Aviation Blvd Los Angeles 90045 \nFriday\, December 1\, 2023\, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM \nPrice:  $60/person \nThe Tuskegee Ballroom is located right next to the main restaurant entrance. Doors will open at 11:00 AM\, so there is no need to arrive early. There will be plenty of time to mingle before lunch. We will start with passed hors d’oeuvres – Vegetable Spring Rolls and Coconut Shrimp \nYour entrée choices for a sit-down\, plated lunch are: \n\nGarlic Grilled Chicken\, with roasted garlic mashed potatoes\, sautéed seasonal vegetables\, and pan jus\nBludso’s Smoked Brisket\, with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables\nVegan Sautéed Broccolini & Crispy Tofu\, with soy honey glazed tofu\, ginger broccoli puree\, roasted red pepper\, and sunflower seeds.\n\nEntrées will be served with a California salad of house mixed greens with sunflower seeds\, almonds\, sprouts\, and your choice of green goddess or vinaigrette dressing. For dessert\, we will have their famous New York Cheesecake. \nAll meals include a beverage of your choice (coffee\, iced tea\, soft drink) and dessert. There will be a no-host bar if you would like beer\, wine\, or a cocktail with your meal. \nFor online reservations\, first indicate the total number of tickets for each menu item\, after which you will then be prompted\, for each selected menu item\, to include the guestʻs name (first and last)\, their email address and any dietary restrictions for that guest per the menu item being ordered. Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. A PayPal account is not required for a credit card payment. \nNote:  Space is limited to 240 people and we won’t be able to accept walk-ins at the door. Online registration will close November 17 or earlier if we reach capacity. We hope to see you there! \n\nIf you prefer to mail-in your reservation\, download the mail-in form.
