DESCRIPTION:== ONLINE REGISTRATION EXTENDED TO SUNDAY\, NOV 24 AT MIDNIGHT == \nIt’s time to make your reservations for our annual Holiday Party\, which is a great way to reconnect with former co-workers and see what they’ve been up to in retirement! For this year’s holiday event\, we will be at a great new venue for a reduced price from last year\, which will be at: \nEmbassy Suites\n1440 East Imperial Ave\nEl Segundo\, CA 90245\nFriday\, December 6\, 2024\, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM \nCost:  $50/person (includes tax and tip) \n(Attendees List) \nDoors will open at 11:00 AM\, so no need to arrive early. There will be plenty of time to mingle before lunch. \nYour entrée choices for a sit-down\, plated lunch are: \n\nOven Roasted Chicken\, with chicken mushroom au jus\nPan-seared Salmon\, with roasted tomato cream sauce\nVegetarian Pasta Primavera.\n\nEntrées will be served with a salad\, mashed potatoes\, and a fresh vegetable medley. Beverages include coffee\, iced tea\, and water. For dessert we will have New York-style cheesecake. A no-host bar with beer\, wine\, cocktails\, and soft drinks will be available. \nIf you have a dietary restriction\, email us at reservations@tra-spacepark.org\, and we will make arrangements with the restaurant. \nWhen ticketing\, please enter the total number for each menu item which includes those for each guest in your party ordering that particular menu item. A subsequent form will ask for each guestʻs full name\, email address and any dietary restriction per menu item selected. Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. A PayPal account is not required for a credit card payment. \nNote:  Space is limited to 150 people and we won’t be able to accept walk-ins at the door. Online registration will close November 22 or earlier if we reach capacity. We hope to see you there! \nFree parking is available on-site. \nIf you are traveling a long distance\, or want to get out of the house for the holidays\, the hotel is offering a special room rate (15% off for one night) for guests of the party. Contact us for more details. Please invite your friends and co-workers to join us for this once a year celebration. \nIf you prefer to mail-in your reservation\, download the mail-in form. Note:  Mail-in reservations must be postmarked no later that November 15\, in order to be accepted. \nIMPORTANT:  If you encounter an issue with registering online (particularly during payment checkout)\, please download and mail-in your registration using the event download form\, which must be postmarked no later than November 15.
